Our goal is to provide high quality, economical child care in a safe and loving environment. We strive to enrich the lives of the children we serve emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, socially, and physically. Our caring and loving staff are dedicated to providing the best care for your children. We consider the children here at PDO as family. All the children here are special to us and we want to make sure they have a great experience with us.

Candy should be individually wrapped and small enough to fit inside plastic pumpkins and apples.

Cold and Flu season

The cold and flu season is here. We want to remind you that if your child is sick with a fever, runny nose that is yellow or green, diarrhea, or vomiting, that you keep them at home. Please call or text Ms. Nicole at 502-292-7273 when they are going to be absent.

Morning Drop Off / Afternoon Pick Up

We want to make sure that each child has an opportunity to learn while they are here. Each class has a schedule of activities that they follow. It is very important that you drop your children off on time. Please no later than 10am, unless it’s something unavoidable. Most of our learning activities begin between 9:45 and 10 am. So please try your get your children here by then so that they do not miss out on the important stuff.  For afternoon pick up it is important that you get here by 1:30. Once 1:30 gets here we are cleaning toys and vacuuming so that we can get to our other jobs or other scheduled activities. I know sometimes traffic can get in the way or you running late because of an appointment ran over time. If you are going to be late please call 292-7273 or you can text my iPad at 1-727-860-0647 (the iPad is your best choice). Many of you do call when you are running late and I thank you for that.

Elevator

As a safety precaution, we ask that you NOT allow your children to ride the elevators by themselves or push the buttons. They know the rules that we have about the elevator and they follow those rules perfectly when they are with us. PDO and BPBC will not be held responsible if anything happens to your child while in your care and they are on the elevator by themselves. We also want to point out that they should not lean on the doors. The doors could open unexpectedly if someone is trying to get on.
